Dr. Martens is a very well-known and instantly recognisable brand across the world. Most of their existing focus has been on product branding – their iconic boots and shoes.
We advised the company on how to structure and implement its internal ‘people focused’ messages and comms to improve current employee engagement. We have been involved from the start in high-level strategic discusions and have helped the company fine-tune its values and beliefs through to identifying and designing targeted communications material including a set of four regional Management Incentive Scheme brochures and a wage packet mailer that introduces the employees to their new Culture Champions.
