Heathrow Wayfinding
Good wayfinding is crucial to any public space that moves millions of people through it each year.
And it’s all in the planning – making sure every route is considered and joined-up – not just from a locational point of view but also from a personal perspective. A good sign system is much more than whether you can read the words on a sign.
We embarked on our own epic journey, getting all the best practices down on paper to end up with a 450 page Wayfinding Standard – and we still haven’t done Flight Connections yet!
